Biz aviachipta, tur, viza va mehmonxona xizmatlarini ko'rsatamiz. Mijozlar murojaatlarini ichki CRM tizimimizda (crm.sheynaztravel.uz) yuritamiz. Bu siyosat shu tizimga Telegram va Instagram orqali kelgan ma'lumotlarga ham tegishli.

2. Qanday ma'lumot yig'amiz

• Bizga Telegram yoki Instagram orqali yozganingizda: ismingiz, foydalanuvchi nomingiz, platforma bergan hisob identifikatori (ID), profil rasmingiz, xabarlaringiz, ovozli xabarlar va yuborgan fayllaringiz.
• Xizmat uchun o'zingiz bergan ma'lumotlar: telefon raqami, pasport ma'lumotlari va nusxasi, sayohat sanalari va yo'nalishi.
• Bron va to'lov bo'yicha ma'lumotlar: bron raqami, chipta, xizmat narxi.

Biz faqat siz bizga yozgan suhbatlarni olamiz. Boshqa suhbatlaringizni, obunachilaringizni yoki postlaringizni o'qimaymiz.

3. Nima uchun ishlatamiz

• So'rovingizga javob berish va xizmat ko'rsatish: chipta, tur, viza, mehmonxona rasmiylashtirish.
• Murojaatlar yo'qolmasligi uchun ularni CRMda hisobga olish va mas'ul xodimga biriktirish.
• Qonun talab qiladigan hisob-kitob va hujjatlarni yuritish.

Ma'lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz va reklama maqsadida uchinchi shaxslarga bermaymiz.

4. Avtomatik va AI yordamida qayta ishlash

Xodimlarimizga yordam berish uchun xabarlar avtomatik vositalar, jumladan sun'iy intellekt (AI) xizmatlari orqali qayta ishlanadi. Ular xabar mazmunini aniqlaydi, ya'ni murojaat so'rovmi yoki oddiy suhbatmi; ovozli xabarlarni matnga o'giradi; chipta va pasport ma'lumotlarini o'qiydi. Buning uchun xabar matni yoki fayl AI provayderlariga yuboriladi: Anthropic (Claude) va Google (Gemini). AI siz haqingizda huquqiy yoki shunga o'xshash muhim qarorni o'zi qabul qilmaydi. Yakuniy javob va xizmat bo'yicha qarorni xodimlarimiz beradi.

5. Kimga beriladi

• Aviakompaniyalar, bron tizimlari, mehmonxonalar, konsulliklar va hamkor turoperatorlar — faqat siz so'ragan xizmatni rasmiylashtirish uchun kerakli qismi.
• Texnik provayderlar: server xosting (Hetzner, Germaniya), AI xizmatlari (4-bo'lim), Telegram va Meta platformalari.
• Qonunda belgilangan hollarda vakolatli davlat organlari.

6. Saqlash va himoya

Ma'lumotlar himoyalangan serverda (Germaniya) shifrlangan ulanish (HTTPS) orqali saqlanadi. Tizimga faqat login va parol bilan SHEYNAZ TRAVEL xodimlari kiradi. Har bir xodim faqat o'ziga kerakli murojaatlarni ko'radi. Ma'lumotlar xizmat ko'rsatish va qonun talab qiladigan hisob-kitob uchun kerak bo'lgan muddatgacha saqlanadi, siz so'rasangiz esa o'chiriladi (7-bo'lim).

7. Sizning huquqlaringiz va o'chirish

Siz haqingizdagi ma'lumotni ko'rish, tuzatish yoki o'chirishni so'rashingiz mumkin. Yo'riqnoma: ma'lumotni o'chirish. So'rov 30 kun ichida bajariladi.

8. Bolalar

Voyaga yetmaganlar uchun xizmatlar (masalan, chipta) ota-ona yoki vakil orqali rasmiylashtiriladi. 16 yoshdan kichiklardan to'g'ridan-to'g'ri ma'lumot yig'maymiz.

1. Who we are

We provide air tickets, tours, visa support and hotel bookings. We manage customer enquiries in our internal CRM (crm.sheynaztravel.uz). This policy covers data that reaches that system through Telegram and Instagram.

2. Data we collect

• When you message us on Telegram or Instagram: your name, username, the account identifier (ID) the platform provides, profile picture, your messages, voice messages and files you send.
• Data you give us for a service: phone number, passport details and copy, travel dates and destinations.
• Booking and payment details: booking reference, ticket, service price.

We only receive conversations you have with us. We do not read your other conversations, followers or posts.

3. How we use it

• To answer your request and provide the service (tickets, tours, visas, hotels).
• To record enquiries in our CRM and assign them to a responsible employee so that none are lost.
• To keep accounting records and documents required by law.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Automated and AI processing

To assist our staff, messages are processed by automated tools, including artificial-intelligence (AI) services. These tools classify whether a conversation is a travel enquiry, transcribe voice messages and extract details from tickets and passports. For this, message text or files are sent to AI providers: Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini). AI does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you on its own; replies and service decisions are made by our staff.

5. Who we share data with

• Airlines, reservation systems, hotels, consulates and partner tour operators — only the part needed to deliver the service you requested.
• Technical providers: server hosting (Hetzner, Germany), AI services (section 4), Telegram and Meta platforms.
• Competent authorities where required by law.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on a secured server in Germany and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only SHEYNAZ TRAVEL staff can access the system, with a personal login and password, and each employee sees only the enquiries they need. We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal accounting requirements, or until you ask us to delete it (section 7).

7. Your rights and deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Instructions: data deletion. Requests are completed within 30 days.

8. Children

Services for minors (for example, tickets) are arranged through a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children under 16.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
